Our Commitment to our Customers

We our committed to providing exceptional customer service.  We will do our very best to sort out any issues that may arise. As we are located in Canada, please understand that there may be a time difference between our location and your location.  You can expect a response no later than 48 hours.

Memberships

Every month, our members receive access to new music teaching resources – at a significant savings on retail prices.  At the end of the month, those items will become available in the store – for a limited time only – for purchase by new members and non members alike.

Member bundles containing a minimum of 3 new digital items will be available in the members area between the 1st and the 5th of the each month.

Membership fees are prorated for the remainder of the current month.  Regular subscription payments will be billed on the 1st of the month (and each month after). Memberships auto renew and can be easily cancelled at any time.

WordPress Web Design Services

Our WordPress websites are custom designed for each customer.  There is a one time fee for the design of the website, plus an ongoing monthly fee for web hosting.  A domain name and email address is included with web hosting.  At time of order, a deposit is required, plus the subscription set up for the web hosting.  Upon completion of the website, and before it goes live, the balance will be due – either payment in full, or via installment plan subscription.  We offer different packages for additional services, but keep in mind – our customers will have access and the ability to add any extra pages / add ons that they wish, if they want to take the time to do it.  We are committed to helping our fellow teachers get a professional website without breaking the bank 🙂

Reward Points

Our customers earn reward points for making purchases in our store, for every product review, and by becoming an Off the Piano Bench Club member.  Visit our Rewards Points page for details.  Spend your points in our store whenever you like.  Use them as you go, or save them up.  You can check your points balance at any time, by logging into your account.

All products available on this website are subject to copyright.  No unauthorized reproductions are allowed. The majority of our digital download items come with a studio license which allows you to print as many copies as you need for your own studio use.  They are not to be used / shared outside of your studio.

Privacy Policy

We do not collect, have access to, or store any payment details, nor will we ever share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges can be found on our shipping page. Only hard copy items that are physically sent will incur shipping charges.  We currently ship every week on Fridays, provided all items in your order are in stock. For special orders and custom items, please factor in extra processing time.  If you need your items by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Refunds

As we offer several opportunities and options for our customers to preview our digital items, there are absolutely no refunds offered.  Hard copy item refunds can be requested, provided the items are returned as they were sent to you, and you pay for shipping.  Refunds will be processed within 10 days from receipt of the items.
